Cancellation, payment, and practical information

Payment

Payment is due when you book your appointment. If additional tests or treatments are needed, we will always discuss this with you in advance.

Cancellation and absence

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you cancel later than that or fail to show up, you will be charged the full price for the reserved time.

Communication

You will automatically receive a confirmation upon booking, as well as a reminder via text message and email before your appointment.
