Please fill out either the periodic examination or medical clearance questionnaire before your appointment and remember to bring it with you on the day. You can ask your HR contact to send the relevant form to you. After the examination, we will send a detailed report to your email. We also offer a follow-up consultation if needed. If you need vaccinations in connection with your work, we will also help you with this.
